Your Tasks

  • Recording and elaboration of specific customer requirements and corresponding understandable communication to the team throughout the entire project process
  • Capacity and Priority Management for Various Projects
  • regular monitoring of project progress including follow-up
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and project quality
  • Monitoring of structural specifications and uniform quality standards
  • Creating mockups in collaboration with software developers
  • Organization, leadership, and documentation of project meetings
  • Performance of various evaluations on planned/actual project statuses
  • Organizational point of contact for the internal team as well as for the customer
  • Support with acquisition activities (e.g., quote follow-up, processing of nonspecific inquiries)
  • Maintenance of template documents and templates

What You Bring

  • Studium der Informatik, Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • at least two years of professional experience in the specified field of work
  • Verständnis für technische Architektur, Systemlandschaften oder Softwareentwicklung
  • Experience in agile or traditional project management methods
  • very high communication skills in dealing with all project stakeholders as well as customers
  • Confident and convincing manner
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Good English skills
  • Team spirit and social competence
  • Independent and self-directed way of working
